These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Lo-Fi Network, including Lo-Fi kiosks, discovery grids, passports, QR experiences, and related web pages and services operated by Lo-Fi Network LLC (“Lo-Fi,” “we,” “us”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Lo-Fi provides tools that allow visitors to discover participating businesses, scan QR codes, view local updates, participate in crawls and other activities, and interact with participating locations.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not interfere with the operation, security, or integrity of the Lo-Fi network.
Lo-Fi operates a local discovery network that connects visitors with participating businesses, promotions, and community activity.
Lo-Fi does not independently verify every business listing, promotion, reward, description, link, or other item of content submitted by participating businesses.
From time to time, Lo-Fi may operate or facilitate local crawls, discovery activities, promotions, rewards, or other participation-based experiences. Participation is voluntary.
Participating businesses are responsible for the accuracy, availability, eligibility terms, and fulfillment of promotions or rewards they offer through the Lo-Fi network.
Lo-Fi may facilitate participation, progress tracking, and redemption but does not guarantee the availability or fulfillment of third-party promotions, rewards, products, or services.
Some Lo-Fi participation features, including passport or crawl progress, may use information stored locally in your browser.
Clearing browser or site data, using private browsing, switching browsers, changing devices, or certain browser settings may reset or make locally stored participation progress unavailable.
Lo-Fi does not guarantee restoration of participation progress that was stored only in a visitor's browser.
Businesses participating in the Lo-Fi network are responsible for the accuracy of information they provide, including business names, location details, links, images, descriptions, promotional content, rewards, and other updates.
Participating businesses are also responsible for maintaining appropriate access to any merchant editing tools provided through Lo-Fi kiosks or related services.
Lo-Fi reserves the right to modify, limit, suspend, or remove listings or content that violate these Terms, interfere with operation of the network, or create security, legal, or reliability concerns.

Lo-Fi reserves the right to limit, suspend, or terminate access to the Service for visitors or businesses that violate these Terms or misuse the network.
The Service may contain links to participating businesses, maps, websites, social pages, or other third-party services.
Lo-Fi is not responsible for the content, availability, privacy practices, terms, products, or services of third parties. Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and policies.
Use of the Service is also subject to the Lo-Fi Privacy Policy, which explains how Lo-Fi handles interaction data, browser participation identifiers, shop information, and related service data.
Lo-Fi may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue features of the Service at any time.
While we strive to maintain reliable access, uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lo-Fi Network LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the Service, participation in promotions or activities, loss of locally stored participation progress, or interactions with participating businesses or third parties.
Lo-Fi may update these Terms periodically. Updated Terms will be posted through the Service with a revised effective date.
Continued use of the Service after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
