These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Lo-Fi Local and related web pages operated by Lo-Fi Network LLC (“Lo-Fi,” “we,” “us”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Lo-Fi provides tools that allow users to discover businesses, participate in local promotions, scan QR codes, and interact with participating locations. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not interfere with the operation or integrity of the platform.
Lo-Fi operates as a platform that connects users with participating businesses and local events. Lo-Fi does not independently verify the accuracy of business listings, promotions, or information submitted by participating businesses.
From time to time, Lo-Fi may host or facilitate local events such as QR scavenger hunts, promotions, or participation-based activities. Participation in these activities is voluntary.
Events, prizes, promotions, or rewards may be administered by participating businesses or event organizers. Lo-Fi Network does not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or fulfillment of prizes or promotions offered by third parties.
Businesses that activate listings on the Lo-Fi network are responsible for the accuracy of the information they submit, including location details, links, descriptions, and promotional content.
Lo-Fi reserves the right to modify or remove listings that violate these Terms or interfere with the operation of the platform.

Lo-Fi reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service for users or businesses that violate these Terms.
Lo-Fi Network may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue features of the Service at any time. While we strive to maintain reliability, uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed.
The Service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lo-Fi Network LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the Service, participation in promotions, or interactions with participating businesses.
Lo-Fi may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
